John Villar & Associates begins with John Villar and Kathren Wright. Combined, we have many years’ experience with residential properties of every kind and every price level.
We believe strongly that real estate agency is a personal service and therefore, by policy, we limit our practice to only a few clients at a time. And so that our services remain responsive and unencumbered by size, we also limit our number of associates to never more than four.
When you engage our company you will receive absolutely the highest level of professional service and our personal attention, experience, and expertise at all times – not that of a sales assistant, or client coordinator, or transaction coordinator, escrow manager, marketing director, or any other staff person.
